1 ##Chapter They Would Die

2 This is not where Jennifer used to live.

3 Derrek knew the Woods. They were often with Jennifer.
4 "You lived with Jennifer, right?"
5 The Woods said carefully, "No, we just visited her a lot."
6 Then they went upstairs.
7 It was 2 a.m., and they were all exhausted.
8 Derrek followed them up.
9 "Don't come, or we'll tell John." The Woods were alert and warned.
10 "But it was too late. I'm just worried about your safety."
11 "Stay here. We'll call you if we meet trouble."
12 Derrek then had to stay downstairs.
13 What he really cared about was the relationship between the Woods and Jennifer.
14 The light came on in the upstairs room.
15 It was the fifth floor on the left.
16 Suddenly the lights went on in the other house, and then in the third house.
17 Derrek got confused.
18 Now he was not sure if the Woods were living with Jennifer.
19 Looked like the children were safe and Derrek then returned to his car.

21 A cold voice came from behind Jacob, and a knife was pointed at his neck.
22 If the knife cut his artery, he would bleed to death.
23 Bryan and Manny were trembling with fear.
24 They thought they'd be safe when they got home. But those bastards wouldn't let them go.
25 They followed them to the house!
26 Jacob now was their hostage.
27 Bryan and Manny didn't know what to do.
28 "If you make a sound, he dies."
29 The masked woman looked downstairs and pointed to Derrek's car.
30 If the car left, the Woods would be doomed.
31 They could now just pray.
32 The Woods now regretted refusing Derrek.
33 The woman was Maria. She hooked up the corners of the mouth and pressed the knife against
Jacob's neck more tightly.
34 As soon as the car left the gate, she would kill them without mercy.
35 For her, the Woods must die!
36 Because Jennifer killed her child.
37 Maria had been waiting for this day and had tried every means to kill them all. But John
protected Jennifer too well and she got no chance.

39 Derrek turned his car around and drove straight to the gate.
