The Birth of the Word of Noneillah
Noneillah arrived in the music community in early 2010 under another spelling,
Nonillaah under Sean M, which was Sean Cos Mason's second and third stage names.
When his mother published Soulality, a collection of poetry, in 2010, Sean was inspired
by the unusual title. He shared with his mother how he liked the word and its meaning.
Then he said he wanted to think of a unique word to describe him as a music lyricist. In
2010, Cos, aka Sean Cos Mason, introduced the spelling of Nonillaah, formerly known as
Sean M., in his images. For some reason, Sean Mason, aka Sean "Cos" Mason, did not think
that the spelling Nonillaah would be more marketable.
In 2011, Sean Cos Mason changed the spelling to Noneillah, which you can hear him
introducing in his music as his tagline. He brands himself as Noneillah in almost every song
in his music. You will hear in his music how he incorporates his Noneillah signature in such

a creative way to tell people that Noneillah is the new slogan in 2011 and that they
should not forget about him. Noneillah embraced the slogan Noneillah and put it on his
mixtape cover and album cover, and he started a Noneillah YouTube channel to promote
his music and that of other emerging music artists.
Noneillah started to be a staple in the underground hip-hop community. Along with
creating a Tumblr music artist page with a picture of his face as he turned around and
the word Noneillah printed on the left side of his image. He started building his own
group of musicians to represent the brand. The younger people from his former music
group started to follow Sean under his brand. One of the team members changed their
former name to Noneillah. The guys will do local music shows under Noneillah and post
the videos under the second Noneillah channel they created on the side of Sean Cos
Mason.
Sean has collaborated with countless hip-hop artists, rappers, and singers under his
Noneillah brand. Thereafter, Sean started to expand his Noneillah brand by developing
an entertainment blog for upcoming artists to post their music on, as well as celebrity
news, fashion, sports, and more.
Before Sean could officially change the old blog into Noneillah, he was deliberately killed in July
2012 by a native Haitian man, Wilson Romaine, a Coach USA bus driver operating an NJ Transit bus.
Be that as it may, the two guys in his group took over and changed the blog name to Noneillah,
paying homage to the founder.
