SACLAO SK CHAIRMAN Absent: None od \Y RESOLVED to adopt the following Ordinance in Session assembled: ORDINANCE NO. 32 series of 2021 AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE “NO SEGREGATION OF WASTES, NO COLLECTION OF GARBAGE POLICY", IN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF BARANGAY BENEDICTO, FLORIDABLANCA, PAMPANGA, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF. Section1. TITLE. This Ordinance shall otherwise be known as “No Segregation of Wastes, No Collection of Garbege Policy of Barangay BARANGAY BENEDICTO, Floridablanca, Pampanga”. Section2. POSTING OF NOTICE. A notice in bold letters stating the following will be posted in ‘conspicuous places in the vicinity of the barangay, upon approval of the ordinance, indicating the start date of its implementation, "NO SEGRATION, NO COLLECTION OF GARBAGE STARTING ON March 3, 2021.” Section3, PENALTIES. if the waste or garbage Is found unsegregated, no collection will take place, and the following will be implemented, as follows: First Offense: +P 200.00 ‘Second Offense: 500.00 Third Offense and Succeeding Offense: F 1,000.00 and 1 Week Community Service Section7, INFORMATION DISSEMINATION. The Barangay Council of BARANGAY BENEDICTO, Floridablanca, Pampanga, shall disseminate information on the implementation of this, Ordinance to the public, immediately upon effectivity of this Ordinance. The Barangay Council of Benedicto, Floridablanca, Pampanga, will lead the monitoring and apprehension of violators/ offenders together with the Lupon Tagapamayapa concerned.Section 9. SEPARABIILITY CLAUSE. if any provision of this Ordinance is declared unconstitutional or ‘otherwise invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby. Section 10. REPEALING CLAUSE. All Ordinances, Resolutions, or Local Laws or parts thereof in conflict cr inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. Section 11, _EFFECTIVITY.
