10) Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is @1% of Ex-showroom price w.e.f 1st April 2021, where Ex-Showroom price is more than Rs.10 Lacs.
11) As per the govt regulations, a TCS of 5% will be applicable in the absence of preceding 2 years ITR
