4. DEFINISI/ DEFINITION
Pelecehan didefinisikan sebagai suatu pola perilaku menyerang yang tampak bertujuan
tidak baik terhadap orang yang menjadi sasarannya, biasanya (tapi tidak selalu) dengan
tujuan untuk mengancam atau mengintimidasi target utamanya. Tujuan tindakan ini adalah
untuk membuat target menjadi tidak nyaman, merendahkan, menakut-nakuti, atau bahkan
membuat mereka kecil hati.
• Harassment is defined as a pattern of offensive behavior that appears to be aimed poorly
at the target person, usually (but not always) with the aim of threatening or intimidating
the main target. The purpose of this action is to make targets uncomfortable, demeaning,
intimidating, or even discouraging.
5.2 Perusahaan memastikan lingkungan kerja aman dan bebas dari segala bentuk
diskriminasi (intimidasi), termasuk pelecehan.
5.2 Company ensures that the work environment is safe and free from all forms of
discrimination (intimidation), including harassment.
5.3 Pelecehan diklasifikasikan sebagai bentuk diskriminasi apabila didasari pada satu
dari dasar-dasar diskriminasi yang dilarang yang didefinisikan dalam Konvensi
Internasional atau dalam undang-undang negara. Pelecehan dapat didasarkan atas
faktor-faktor seperti:
- Ras
- Jender
- Budaya
- Usia
- Orientasi seksual
- Preferensi agama
5.3 Harassment is classified as a form of discrimination if it is based on one of the
prohibited grounds of discrimination defined in international conventions or in
state law. Harassment can be based on factors such as:
- race
- gender
- culture
- Age
- sexual orientation
- religious preferences
5.4 Pelecehan dapat berbentuk kata-kata, bahasa tubuh atau tindakan-tindakan yang
cenderung untuk mengganggu, menimbulkan kewaspadaan, menyalahgunakan,
mengolok-olok, mengintimidasi, mengecilkan, menghina atau mempermalukan
orang lain atau hal-hal yang mengintimidasi, menimbulkan permusuhan, atau
lingkungan kerja yang bersifat ofensif.
5.4 Harassment can take the form of words, body language or actions that tend to
interfere, arouse vigilance, abuse, make fun of, intimidate, belittle, insult or

humiliate other people or things that intimidate, cause hostility, or work
environment which is offensive.
5.6 Apabila ditemukan adanya pelecehan di lingkungan PT. Willbes Global, maka
PT. Willbes Global akan segera mengambil tindakan tegas sesuai dengan
peraturan perusahaan.
5.6 If abuse is found within PT. Willbes Global, then PT. Willbes Global will
immediately take decisive action in accordance with company regulations.
5.8 Manajemen dan semua pekerja termasuk staf berkominten menghilangkan segala
bentuk pelecehan agar terciptanya dan terbinanya lingkungan kerja yang bebas
dari pelecehan.
5.8 Management and all workers, including staff, are committed to eliminating all
forms of harassment in order to create and maintain a work environment that is
free from harassment.
