 Responsibilities for Indirect Purchase Buyer

▪ Participate to Indirect Sourcing synergies.

▪ Deploy Sourcing strategy using procedures, documents and corporate agreements.
▪ Analyse site portfolio of all non-production goods and services and define a local Sourcing
Strategy.
▪ Control and optimize panel per category.
▪ Negotiate with suppliers on quality, price and delivery lead time.
▪ Capacity to analyse cost and evaluate TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
▪ Bring law expertize for sourcing clause in contracts.
▪ Execute the purchase order requests on a daily basis.
▪ Drive and share Sourcing performance.
▪ Meet yearly cost savings objectives as defined by Manager and Coordinator.
▪ Report monthly to Sourcing Manager and Coordinator.
▪ Price increase and decrease approval need to be updated and monitored.
▪ Improve local purchasing process.
▪ Increase usage of corporate tools and order process.
▪ Participate all CAPEX Investment and give the best solution.
▪ Prepare the terms and conditions of Purchase as per the local rules.
