Answer : CAL is Computer-assisted Learning, we used it for education.

Comment :
o initially, they tended to only be used in computer-related subjects because they
were, unfortunately, quite difficult to used.

o In general, the first CAL programs were not terribly exciting. However, in the
late 1980s, CD-ROMs and other multimedia products became available.

Answer :
I think the paragraph will be about the evolution, improvement, effects, and the benefits of the
CAL in education. From the paragraph 1 we can see the first time computer being used for
education in 1960s, but they can only use it in computer-related subject because of the difficult,
however in 1980s the can make improvement by get some advents. In topic 2 they talking about
the improvement of the software and many student more enjoyed for using it. In topic number 3
about the impact of internet to CAL. Internet makes CAL had more huge impact on education. In
paragraph 4 they talking about the effect of CAL on the way of learning. In topic number 5 the
talking about the benefit of CAL and the important role in education in the future.
