1. N/D BOP, N/U THS with preinstalled Wear bushing ( DSV & Night pusher to check)
2. Test connection along with outer SOVs to 3000 kpa 5 min, 21000 kpa 15 min.
3. MU 8 ½” PDC bit Type” GTE65MS & S/N: 13562864 on the MWD/LWD directional BHA
(Nozzles 6*13 )As per the Hall DD BHA sheet. Use the same 6½” double acting jar. Surface
test the BHA.
4. Flush Bit from inside with High pressure gun confirm no debris inside.
5. Use Safety clamp on BHA.
6. DD to check motor bearing and MWD offset and report to DSV.
7. Before RIH JCB to get Cutting Box spotted in place.
 Pickup directional BHA as per tally, PDC bit and Sperry directional tools.
 Surface test tools
 RIH TO TOP OF MSIPC
 Wash last joint in to the top of MSIPC
 Tag & confirm DEPTHS of cement & MSIPC
 Set torque limit to 6000 ft-lb.
 Drill out w/
a. WOB 2- 3 kdaN
b. RPM 30
c. Flow rate 1.7 m3pm
 Monitor returns for rubber & cuttings from MSIPC. Will be drilling rubber and aluminum plug.
 Ream out MSIPC 1 time. Watch for any drag or torque.
 While RIH , perform trip drill.
 Wash last joint Before Drill out shoe track.
 RIH to the expected depth of LC 1235 m.
 Drill out Plug, FC & Shoe Track.
 MWT to be witnessed by DSV and measured each 30 min by derrick man and recorded in derrick
sheet.
 Displace over to OBM once you are on top of plug before drilling out float collar.
 Mud engineer to on tanks, shaker during this operation.
 Continue DOC AND Shoe & Rat Hole

 Once OBM IS Homogenized drill 3m New Formation, pull back into Shoe Flow Check and Record SCR
 Drill ahead the 8-½” section from 1264 to +/-1498 m section TD.

 Don’t stay stationery in OH more than connection time.

 Report to DSV if any O/P During Connection use drag sheet.
 Any stationery time in OH W/O DSV approval, Driller will responsible for this deviation.
 Fill drilling parameters sheet and send copy to DSV.

 Actual TD will be advised by the Geologist & DSV.

 At TD, pump 2 X 4 m3 14.6 Kpa/m weighted sweep and circulate the hole clean.
Pump sweeps and circulate hole at 2.0m3/min flow rate.
 If any losses are noticed, inform the DSV immediately.
 Hold 15 minute flow check before POOH.
 Back ream every stand to the casing shoe. Use 1.2 m3/min and 30 RPM flow rate
till CSG shoe.
 Circulate mean while increase mud weight.
 Hold a 15 minute flow check at the casing shoe.
 Drop the 2-3/4” hollow drift in the drill pipe with 20 meters of slick line attached.
( drift to be measured by HCT engineer). Slug pipe.
 POOH to the drilling jars. Trip sheet & trip tank to be used for drill pipe & BHA. Give
the completed trip sheet to the DSV when on surface.
 Remove the drift from the top of the drilling jars.
 Lay down the drilling jars. Safety clamp to be used on jars at all times.
 Hold a 15 minute flow check before POOH with the BHA.
 Drop the drift again in the stand of 5” HWDP below the drilling jars. All 5” HWDP to
be drifted for the liner operations.
 POOH the 5” HWDP stand & rack in the derrick.
8. Retrieve hollow drift from the top of the BHA screen & lay down the Lay down the
8½” directional BHA & bit.
Wear all PPE at all times, Follow JSA’s for operations & utilize the PTW for all jobs,
Isolations & confined spaces. TRIC cards & Hazard Observation cards to be used every day
by all personnel. Stop work authority to be encouraged. The 9 Halliburton life r6ules & 12
PDO life rules to be followed at all times
