1) ROBERT GRANADOS, (hereinafter “RG”) with address: Sharon St.

High Point, North Caroline, 27260, USA. With American Passport
N°. 566996641; collectively known as “the Parties.” BUYER’S
TRANSACTION CODE: SS&F-S&M-ERDC-RG/FFF/ LHSM-1.600.050 NOTES
SPECIAL AGRO-CHECKS 100 BI - 09-06-2023

WHEREAS, “ RG” and “ LHSM” w i s h to enter into an Agreement for the sale of
historical assets to qualified buying entities;

WHEREAS the parties signing this agreement wish to establish a labor relationship
in which “ LHSM” will receive as income at the time of the sale operation referred
to in this agreement: (USN$10,000,000,000 TEN BILLION US DOLLAR), as final
sale value, LESS (-) TEN (10%) PERCENT FOR COMMISSION TO MANAGERS, for
each unit of (AGROCHECKS ESPECIALES); "Total Units" - 1.600.050 NOTES
SPECIAL AGRO-CHECKS, owned by “ LHSM” with TRANSACTION CODE: “ LHSM”
/1.600.050 NOTES SPECIAL AGRO-CHECKS 100BI, The Historical Documents
listed and described in the KYC of this agreement are those to be sold as described
above, which is incorporated herein by reference as same as if it were reaffirmed
textually; and WHEREAS, " LHSM " will provide the assets consisting of: .600.050
NOTES SPECIAL AGRO-CHECKS, and that RG has a relationship with an "ultimate
purchaser" who is a purchasing entity to acquire the pieces, provided that the
instruments pass authentication and forensic examination.

WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement recognize that each brings unique
talents, expertise, experience, skills, knowledge, contributions and
contacts that are indispensable to the success of the opportunities
identified and presented in writing to each other.

OPERATION DETAILS
1.600.050 NOTES SPECIAL AGRO-CHECKS 100BI, Price per NOTE AGRO-CHECKS:
TEN (USN$10,000,000,000) BILLION US DOLLAR FOR EACH UNIT AGRO-
CHECKS 100BI as final sale value per each unit of AGRO-CHECKS; Commission:
LESS (-) TEN (10%) PERCENT FOR COMMISSION TO MANAGERS.

After the signing of the DOA, as well as providing the KYC and excel
sheet, the following procedures will be performed: The payments in this
transaction are to be distributed in the following matter 1% of the value of
the number of assets provided in the KY, an additional 9%, and a final
payment of 90%. These will be done according to the payment schedule that
will be established by the buyer.
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to evidence their Agreement in writing;
WHEREAS, the Parties are vested with the powers and are duly qualified to
enter into and form this Agreement;

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to 28 USC § 1746, the Parties agree,

acknowledge and declare the following under the penalty of perjury:

I. PURPOSE
The above listed parties are entering into this agreement for the purpose of
developing, exploiting and consummating a commercial transaction of selling
"LHSM" NUMISMATIC HISTORICAL DOCUMENTS: 1.600.050 NOTES SPECIAL
AGRO-CHECKS, for an agreed upon exchange value TEN (USN$10,000,000,000)
BILLION DOLLARS FOR EACH UNIT OF AGRO-CHECKS as final sale value, LESS (-)
TEN (10%) PERCENT FOR COMMISSION TO MANAGERS, and it is their
respective intention to utilize their individual and collective talents toward
the successful completion of commercial transactions described herein with
certain funds defined below to be distributed between each party as defined
in Exhibit A as set forth herein unless modified by mutual written agreement
of the parties. The Parties agree that the above recitals are incorporated
herein by reference and are true and accurate.
Proceeds to be distributed shall be defined as any receipt and/or payments of monies on
any and all bonds that are provided by "LHSM" as a result of the successful
completion of a commercial transaction involving a governmental party, end buyer,
provided by “RG” and between the parties to this agreement.

II. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATION OF THE PARTIES.

(a) Each party to this agreement warrants and represents that they
will utilize their individual and collective talent, assets, expertise, experience,
knowledge, and contacts in successfully consummating the commercial
transaction found in Exhibit A for their mutual benefit and profit.

(b) The parties to this agreement warrant and represent that the
commercial business transaction identified in writing and involving a
third-party through the other party to this agreement shall be governed by
this agreement.

(c) "LHSM" has provided a Client Information Sheet (CIS) and KYC
submission to RG. The CIS from ""LHSM" is incorporated herein by reference,
and it is attached hereto.

(d) The Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR) will be issued upon receipt or
exchange of the assets. SKR will be send to RG.

III. JURISDICTION AND VENUE

It is understood and agreed by the parties to this agreement that the Courts
in the State of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any
dispute and that the Substantive and Procedural Laws of the State of Florida
or Federal Courts for procedural law only shall be applied to govern any
dispute.

IV. INDEPENDENT COVENANTS, POSSIBLE INVALIDITY AND SEVERABILITY

1. Except as expressly provided herein, each of the respective

rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be deemed
independent and may be enforced independently irrespective of any of
the other rights and obligations set forth herein.

2. In case any provision of this agreement should be held to be contrary

to, or invalid under, the law of any country, state or other jurisdiction, such
illegality, or invalidity shall not in any way affect the other provisions thereof,
all of which shall to the fullest extent possible be modified by the parties
or by a court of competent jurisdiction to make such provision legal and
valid and to, as closely as possible, fulfill the intent of the parties. Any
provision, which is held to be illegal or invalid in any such jurisdiction shall
nevertheless remain in full force and effect in such jurisdiction in which such
provision is legal and valid.

V. WAIVERS
The failure of any party to this agreement at any time to require the
performance by the other on any of the terms, provisions or conditions
hereof shall in no way affect the right thereafter to enforce the same. Nor
shall the waiver by either party hereto of any breach of any of the terms,
provisions and conditions hereof be construed or deemed a waiver of any
succeeding breach of any term provision or condition year of or as waiver of
the term, provision or condition itself.

This agreement, and/or any provision hereof may not be altered, amended,
amplified, modified, terminated, rescinded or discharged orally, and no
alteration, amendment, modification, termination, rescission, or
discharge hereof shall be binding, enforceable, valid or admissible in
evidence in any court action or proceeding unless the same be in writing and
duly executed by all parties to this agreement with the same formality as
this agreement itself. Upon signing by both parties, both parties are obligated
to comply with the procedures stated herein without changes.

VII. AGREEMENT BINDING

This agreement shall be binding and inure to the benefit of the parties
and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives,
successors and assigns. RG hereby declares that he is a duly authorized
binding agent for the buyer.

VIII. LEGAL CAPACITY

Each party to this agreement warrants and represents that he, if an individual,
or it if a corporation, has the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and be
legally bound to same, upon execution. RG hereby declares that he is
a duly authorized binding agent for the buyer.

IX. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

All parties agree and accept that any party may sign this contract
electronically in accordance with Title 15 USC § 7001 et seq., and that the
signature is valid.

X. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDING

This agreement and its provisions will merge into any prior agreements, if
any, of the parties and contains the entire understanding of the parties, who
agreed to be bound thereby and acknowledge that there are no
representations, warranties, covenants and/or undertakings are other than
those expressly set forth herein. The parties understand this to mean that
no informal promises exist between them and that all understandings,
agreements, and representations are specifically and entirely set forth in
this written agreement.

XI. ASSIGNABILITY AND/OR ASSIGNMENT

Any party may assign their rights and responsibilities to their successors
and/or heirs provided all parties unanimously agree in writing.

XII. ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS

Each party is responsible for their own legal fees, costs, and expenses.

XIII. TERM AND EXPIRATION
The term of this agreement is perpetual from the date of execution hereof
unless modified within the term s of this agreement. It is further understood,
the fees payable under this agreement will survive beyond the Term of the
Agreement for any contacts introduced by either Party to the other that
continue to conduct business for the benefit of the Party who was
introduced to the contact by the other Party.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
All parties have executed this agreement and have hereunto set their
