    Dear Concerned Authority,

    I , Mr Vaibhav Pandurang Lambore COA Reg. No. - CA/


    2019/110903 have sent my registration certificate on date 17-04-2021.
    Receipt no. F08587. It was dispatched for delivery on 24/05/2021. But
    due to some reason I wasn’t able to collect the same on that day and so
    it got returned to COA on 09/06/2021. I request you to deliver it back on
    the mentioned postal address.
    I request you to look forward for my query to get cleared as
    early as possible.
