    NAME: TOFARIREPI MAFENDU

    EXAMINATION: USS PELVIS

    DATE: 12/06/2023

    REPORT

    There is non gravid uterus that appears enlarged and bulky measuring 10.5cm x 7.0cm x 6.1cm. the
    endometrium is thickened and hyperechoic measuring 22mm which is highly suggestive of RPOCs. No
    cysts or fibroids were noted within the myometrium. The cervical region appears normal.

    Both adnexa appear normal, no cysts or masses were noted. The bladder is well distended with anechoic
    fluid and a smooth mucosal lining. No pelvic free fluid was noted.

    Comment

    The ultrasound findings are suggestive of an incomplete with presence of moderate RPOCs.
