Dear Dr.
It is with great pleasure to welcome you to participate in the 7th
International Congress of the Egyptian Society of Pediatric Dentistry and
Children with Special Needs (ESPSN’23) and the 3rd Arabian Academy of
Pediatric DentistryCongress (ArAPD'3) to be held at Jolie Ville Resort Kings
Island, Luxor, Egypt from 14 to 17 February 2023.

The Congress is organized by the ESPSN and ArAPD, in collaboration

with the European Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (EAPD) under the theme
“when knowledge meets history” and we found no better place to do so
besides the magnificent city of Luxor.

Conference Venue and Hotel

The Jolie Ville Luxor Hotel & Spa Kings Island is a wonderful five-star place to
stay during any trip to Luxor. Resting on the banks of the River Nile, it resides
within 165 acres of gardens and beauty, boasting 647 rooms and suites. Each
room and suite is built in a bungalow style, and there are also three Royal Villas,
each with a private pool. The hotel also has three swimming pools overlooking
the Nike. There are also leisure and sport facilities, a kids' club, gym, spa and
beauty centre, and a night bar.

Weather in Luxor during the Congress:

February is in the winter in Luxor and is typically the
3rd coldest month of the year. Daytime maximum
temperatures average around 24°C (76°F), whilst at
night 7°C (45°F) is normal. The average rainfall is
around 0 inches, for 31 days without rain.

Your Conference Name Tag will be available at the

registration Counter located in front of The Nile Hall at the
conference center in the hotel, from Tuesday 14 February
2023 at 11:30 am and during the days of the congress.

The Felucca main restaurant overlooks a dazzling Nile
view; it is located in the hotel’s brightest and most
spacious center area; it serves daily international open
buffet breakfast and a variety of dinner buffet themes.

Poster Session and Prizes

Poster sessions will be on digital screens located at

(RAA Hall) on Thursday 16 February 2023, on two
sessions, first one 11:15 – 12:00 and the second on
14:15- 15:15. the posters will be judged, and the
prizes will be announced at the closing of the
congress on the same day.

Note: Weather is expected to be 7°C (45°F) at night, so better to bring a coat
and dress accordingly

Meeting points and Bus transfer:

Moving on from the hotel, the meeting point will be the reception, please
make sure to memorize your bus number to be able to ride the same bus on
your way back.
Meeting points on the way back will be announced in the bus.

West Bank & Hot Air Balloon Ride Tour

With Tickets, check with the registration Desk ( Limited Capacity)

On early morning of Friday 17 February, we will move from at 4 AM from the

hotel towards the boat docks where we will have a short Nile cruise to the west
bank, after that we will enjoy a 30 minute hot air balloon ride, then a visit to
Hatshepsut temple where we will take a group photo, lastly we will end our trip
at the Valley of The Kings and return to the hotel by 11:00 am.
Caution: Weather during nile ride and hot air balloon is very cold so please
make sure to dress accordingly then at temples the weather is hot.
