Catering & Event Planning Inc., an event organizing and catering company. We provide and
create one-of-a-kind events for our clients and we specialize from intimate to grandiose
occasions custom fit to the penchant of the clients.

The company has been in service for twenty-three fruitful years now, and its unprecedented
record has become a household name in the region.

In this premise, we would like to present our package based on your budgetary requirement. We
can offer rental services for the setting up of the venue along with the floral and ornamental
plants, tarpaulins/visuals, platform/stages, tables and chairs, food warmers and utensils. We can
also provide hosting services. If you opt to hire waiters and cleaners, we can also quote for this
service.

One of the things we also offer are a vast variety of menu or platter meals, depending on your

Brief Description of Events


Myrna & David -TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
The event is Myrna and David’s Nuptial and a celebration of their love. As I believe you
would love to have a huge wedding with all your valued friends and family. The wedding will
be held on Manila Cathedral and will have the reception in Manila Hotel. It is an afternoon till
evening event, complete with all the Philippine tradition for weddings like sabitan/sayawan,
unang sayaw with bride and groom, throwing of rice, releasing of doves/butterflies, so on and so
forth depending on your wants. The occasion is formal and RSVP.

CONTRACT FOR EVENT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES


This agreement is entered into by and between Client X, hereinafter referred to as the
“Client” and Fiona Marie T. Silvala (your name), herein referred to as service provider. In
consideration of the mutual promises set forth below, the Client and the Service Provider agree
as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Service Provider will provide the following services to the Client in the capacity
of General Manager:
Rental Services
 Tarpaulin, platform stage, venue set up
 Tables and chairs
 Sound system
 Food warmers, utensils, plates, glasses

Hosting services
 Emcee (clown or magic tricks)
 Entertainment numbers / parlor games

Other services
 Provision of dirty ice cream
 Waiters / cleaners
 Platter meals

2. PAYMENT SCHEME

The client will pay 50% of the contracted amount upon contract signing, 2 months
before the event. This shall serve as mobilization fee. The remaining 50% shall
be paid two weeks prior the event proper.

3. REPRESENTATION OF SERVICE PROVIDER

The Service Provider hereby represents and warrants that:


 It has familiarized itself with the terms of this Agreement and has investigated
and fully understands (1) the conditions under which it will be providing services
and (2) the character, quality, quantity and scope of the work required of it;
 It will render the services called for under this Agreement with care, skill and
diligence in accordance with the generally accepted practices and standards of the
profession in which it is engaged;

 It has the methods and means to provide the services called for under the
Agreement including but not limited to the necessary capital, staff, skills,
services;

 The event shall be held at the residential abode of the client and
planning/organization/mobilization shall commence on April 6, 2019 up to the
50th birthday party on April 23, 2019.
