When __: Date/Time of Incident: January 28, 2023 at about 6:40 PM. Time the Incident was reported/received by PNP: January 28, 2023 at about 6:45 PM. 5. Who __: Victim — Art Anthony Gonzales Bugas (DOA), 36 years old, male, married, Habal-Habal driver and a resident of Block 7, Notre Dame Village, Jay Rosary Heights 8, Cotabato City. ‘Suspects: Unidentified. 6. Why _: Tobe determined. 7. How: At around 6:45 PM of January 28, 2023, a telephone calll from 2 concemed citizen was received by Police Station 2 informing that a shooting incident transpired at the aforesaid place. Acting on the report, elements of Police Station 2 immediately responded to the referred place of incident and secured the crime scene. Victim was immediately brought by responding personnel to Cotabato Regional and ical Center. However, he was pronounced dead on arrival by his attending Physician, “Lite is Beautiful... Kaligtasan Nyo, Sagot Ko. Tulong-tulong Tayo.”8. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was cooking for dinner at his residence when unidentified male suspect shot him several times. Victim sustained gunshot wounds at his head and nape. Suspects allegedly fled towards North bound direction after the commission of crime. 9. SOCO Team from RFU-BAR was requested and recovered two pieces of fired cartridge cases and one piece fired bullet of believed to be caliber .45. Said recovered evidence are now under the custody of RFU-BAR. The responding teams left the area at around 8:10 PM of same day after the SOCO, RFU-BAR released the crime scene. 10. At about 6:50 PM of same date, PLT MAMA S KARIM, Deputy Station Commander dispatched the duty investigators and conducted interview to possible witnesses in the area. While, patrol personnel of PS2 conducted a hot pursuit operation against the fleeing suspect/s but yielded negative results. 11. Recorded CCTV footage of all nearby residence will be requested for viewing. 12.
