The table illustrates the stratistics of price segment, starting from less-than-10.000-vnd items to more-
than-5-million-vnd items, of four E commerce trading floor in Vietnam, which are Shopee, Lazada, tiki
and sendo.

According to the given table, the 200.000-vnd-to-500.000-vnd segments accounts for the highest
amount of revenue in contrast to the the less-than-10.000-vnd segment with the lowest revenue. There
is a gradual fall in the figure of sold product between 10.000-vnd-to-100.000vnd item to over-5-million-
vnd item.

Shopee reached its peak in revenue, which is slightly over 20.000 billion vnd, in the 200.000-to-500.00-
vnd-item segment. While Lazada, tiki and Sendo had the highest revenue in the segment of over-5-
million-vnd item, which are nearly 7.000 billion vnd, 3.000 billion vnd and 1.000 billion vnd respectively,
with Shopee being the company with the top amount of revenue out of that of four surveyed
companies. However, the revenue of all four platform stands at the bottom in the less-than-10.000-vnd
item segment.

In between the less-than-10.000-vnd and 10.000-to-50.000-vnd segment, a surge is witnessed in the


figure of sales of all four institution from 250.000 sharp to approximately 500.000 sold items. It was
followed by a collapse back to the just over 250.000 sold point in the 50.000-100.000-vnd segments
before steadily decrease to slightly over 100.000 items and remains unchanged to the rest of the price
segment.
The given tables demonstrate the market share of four E-commerce trading floors namely Shopee,
Lazada, Tiki and Sendo in 2022.

As can be seen from the charts, it is clear that Shopee’s total revenue accounted for most of the revenue
of all E-commerce platforms in 2022. The customers had the highest tendency to purchase online
merchandise in December and the revenue of all four E-commerce trading floors witnessed a fluctuation
over the surveyed course of 12 months.

Sendo occupied for the smallest market share out of that of four other trading floors, at only 1%, in
contrast to that of Shopee, at 73%. While Lazada’s market share, which is the one which comprised the
second highest amount of revenue, made up slightly over a fifth of that of the total. And the rest 5 % of
the market share is taken by Tiki.

The revenue of all four E-commerce platform in total was reported to be over 12.000 billion dong in
January, with Lazada and Sendo ’s revenue also stood at their highest points which are roughly 4.000 and
1.000 billion vnd in order. In the next month, the figure of all the platforms fell drastically by nearly 4000
billion vnd, reached its bottom at 8.000 billion vnd but then rised considerable to approximately 11.000
billion vnd in March. The figure of the total revenue of all four institution then experienced a stable
trend over the course of the next eight months until hit the peak of its at well over 14.000 billion vnd,
with the figure of Shopee standing at its peak at 10.000 billion vnd
The given charts demonstrate 10 categories with the highest revenue and sales amongst four E-
commerce trading floors, namely Shopee, Lazada, Tiki and Sendo.

As can be seen from the charts, while Beauty product gives institution the most income, category about
houses is the one with the best numbers of sales.

Shopee, Lazada and Tiki all made the best revenue out of the beauty category, which the total revenue
stood at well over 20.000 billion vnd, while in contrast this category brings Sendo no income. The
revenue of automotives was the lowest at less than 5.000 billion vnd, which is also where Shopee
reached its bottom while Sendo reach its peak. Lazada and Tiki has the lowest revenue in Health care
and female fashion respectively.

Meanwhile, the sales of houses and life products was reported to be at the top of all ten categories at
nearly 200.000 thousand items being sold, which is also accounted for the best numbers of sales on
Shopee, Lazada and Sendo while Tiki is selling best in the grocery category. Kid fashion and accessory are
the categories that least likely to be purchased on Shopee and Lazada in order.
