Product Owner
 Role Description: The owner of the product who funded for the project.
 Role Responsibilities: Make the product more fast .
Scrum Master
 Role Description: One who lead the developers in a project .
 Role Responsibilities: He is responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum as defined in the
Scrum Guide
Development Team
 Role Description: The team which will make the product .
 Role Responsibilities: Make the product more efficient and good .

Ceremonies
Describe who needs to attend, when does the event happen, is it a recurring event, how long does it
take and what is the purpose.

Sprint Planning
 Participants: The Scrum master , Owner and the development team .
 At what time: The start of the every sprint.
 Frequency: One time in a specific sprint .
 How Long: It is depend on the discussion.
 Purpose: To define the upcoming map of the works .
Daily stand-up
 Participants: The scrum master and the development team .
 At what time: At the starting of a every working day .
 Frequency: Everyday of the workings days .
 How Long: It is 10 to 15 minutes max.
 Purpose: To discuss about what they do last day and what to do this day .
Sprint Review
 Participants: The Scrum master sometimes the Owner and the development team .
At what time: At the time when almost the development team complete the product.
 Frequency: Onetime in a specific sprint .
 How Long: Depends on the discussion .
 Purpose: To check the update of the project .
Sprint Retrospective
 Participants: The Scrum master , Owner and the development team .
 At what time: At the last of the sprint .
 Frequency: Onetime in a specific sprint .
 How Long: Depends on the discussion .
 Purpose: To define what they do in this sprint , the final product after the sprint and
what to do in the next sprint .
