‘Whereas the TENANT herein has approached the owner to “Let out” the above said Schedule Property on
‘a monthly rent basis for a Residence Purpose and the owner herein has agreed to “Let out” the same on the
following terms and conditions

TIONS. AS. WS:
1. That the Monthty Rent fixed for the said premises is Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand
only) to be paid every month on or before 10th Day of every month as per English Calendar from
the current month.
2. That the period of TENANT has starts from 1 April, 2022 to 31" March, 2024 period of
(24) Months. After expiry of Tenancy agreement the rent will be increased by 10% for every one
year.
3. That the TENANT has Security deposited amount of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only)
‘Advance which is refundable on or after the day of Vacating the House. The said deposit does not
carry any interest. Rent should be paid every month,

Rental Agreement can be cancelled by either of the party, by giving Two (02) Months advance
Notice to either side party or paying rent should not be stopped during the notice period.
5. That the TENANT has to pay the Electricity, water and maintenance charges during this
‘TENANCY. That TENANT should use the given premises for RESIDENCE Purpose only.
6. That the day to day repair jobs such as Electrical job, Carpenter job and Plumbing Job shall be
effected by the TENANT at their own cost. Property Tax will be borne by OWNER.
7. That the TENANT shall have to keep the said premises in good and habitable condition. AND shall
not alter the construction and shall return the said premises in the same condition as he had taken on
rent on this day of rental deed.
8. That the TENANT herein should not make any alteration or construction in the said
\ property/Premises.
DY That the TENANT has agreed to permit the OWNER or his representatives to inspect the schedule
