E-Palarong Pambansa is a prestigious national Esports tournament endorsed by the National

Youth Commission that aims to discover and nurture grassroots talent in the Philippines. As an
inclusive and collaborative platform, we believe in the power of local communities and their ability to
drive Esports development. It is with great enthusiasm that we endorse Jasper Lee Nicko F. Catubay
for their exceptional dedication and commitment in leading the Esports initiatives in Calaca City for
E-Palarong Pambansa.

Esports has gained immense popularity in recent years, and we are proud to lead Calaca City
in this exciting and rapidly growing industry. Our team is made up of skilled and passionate gamers
and residents of Calaca City who have been working hard to compete at the highest level. We are
confident that with your support, we can achieve great things and make our Calaca City proud.

In line with this, we the Calaca City Imperium are seeking for Financial support for our
Team Uniform and other expenses that we will be needed for the entire tournament. We will be
