The support department is one of the most important services in a company, because it guarantees the customer’s
satisfaction. In order to keep in touch with our partners and clients, solidifying the trust they have on us, GLC’s
support department is always available.
A. Free Phone Support – Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Hotline 02- 967 0580
B. Paid Support – On Site within the Metro; outside NCR, Philippines. Transportation, meals &
accommodation fee charged to client
C. Paid Support – Remote provide support you need to ensure business success
Kindly notify us regarding the details of your payment by sending an email to accounting@gurlavi.com.ph and we
will send the softcopy of the receipt. Email confirmation should include at least the invoice number/s to which the
payment will be applied and the copy of the proof of payment.
Note: Please include the Certificate of Withholding Tax Form (BIR Form 2307) upon release of payment to Gur Lavi Corp.
