- Outright purchase of hardwares is covered by a standard warranty of one (1) year.
- Warranty does not include faults such as but not limited to: misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, electrical
failure and power fluctuation, telecommunication line failure and acts of nature.
- All orders are firm and non-cancellable. A penalty of 10% of the value of the PO or sales invoice will be charged in
case of cancellation and/or return.
- In case of default in payment on due date, the payor is entitled to a grace period of five (5 days) to pay the
amount due. Any unpaid amount after the Grace period shall be subject to a penalty of three percent (3%) per
month.
