I believe that this is would be very conflicting for the morale of the workers, that have to endure night

shift. First point being made is the simple one; no one wants to work during the night. The only main reason why someone would choose night shift is because of the pay. And if the company takes away the pay then many of the night shift workers will quit their position. I have never heard of anyone volunteering to work for a company for free one hour, especially during the night. It will save the company some money but it will give the company a bad reputation and that will lose the customers. And as everyone knows, without customers theres no cash flow.
