Requirements: SECTION A - Compulsory -Answer all questions. Emagumeni Distributors was established when Siza Mpofu retired from Delta Beverages in 2012. After serving the company with distinction, he was rewarded with a golden handshake and decided to start his own company. He got a distributorship franchise to distribute Delta products in the Lower Gweru area of the Midlands province. Although Mr Mpofu spent 35 years working for Delta, he only had junior primary education and only rose to the position of senior messenger. Delta has a comprehensive mix of products ranging from laagers, carbonated soft drinks and also sorghum based brands. With a bit of good management skills, Mr Mpofu can succeed and become a successful businessman, Already in the first three years of operation, Emagumeni made a reasonable profit which Mr Mpofu invested in a second hand Japanese Toyota truck. Mr. Mpofu: can also benefit from effective delegation of some tasks as he hi two spend a lot of time with their father and are on the company payroll but two of his sons, a retired soldier and a retired police superintendent.
