Description: FIS designed this manual to help financial institution employees involved in the
institution's Visa and/or MasterCard program handle card-processing daily operations. The Client Link
application has different modules like Customer Service, Monetary Entry, Business Card, Collector
Link.
Client Link provides features including the following:
1. Security Features. Retrieve the security profile and control the access rights of the current
operator.
2. he system password protects the application and validates all users against existing security
information on the mainframe to prevent unauthorized communications.
3. The application automatically logs off each session after a specified time period of inactivity.
4. Intuitive Account Access Options. Allow you to access a cardholder account using any of the

Description: ProcServ Application is used to split files based on corporation, Sub corporation and
used to create tbl files and monitor the files. Which contains list of User, we can Add new User and
modify and delete user details. It’s purpose is to monitor the file for example we can check whether
the file is processed or not, any issue is occurred, file is Queued, Failed, Stopped. it contains status of
file whether the file is Processed, failed, Queued, Stopped. if the file is Processed Successfully then
status will be Processed, and is not Processed, then status will be Failed, and will display the Reason
for failure,and at any given point of time if there are multiple files in queue, there will only one file in
'Processing' status remaining files status will be Queue. while Processing file, if the Service is
stopped then status will be Stopped.

Description:Dell.com is basically a e-commerce business model application. This business model allows
the customers to customize their preferable product specifications. Besides that, if a customer found
that the default specifications set by Dell has over the expectation price of the customer, the customer
can change the specifications based on the price he/she can affords. The customers could lower down
the price of certain product by choosing the lower specifications. This application consist of various
modules. Our team mainly worked on Config Service. Config Service is the backend service layer for Dell
Commercial Online platform. This back-end engine provides the data through service for the client
requests. Config Service deals primarily in order codes, which are typically configurable [computer]
products. Config Service is responsible for assembling and synthesizing data from many different
dependent applications.
