    Pursuant to the PRC-DOH-DILG-PNP Administrative Order No. 2022-01, effective April 5, 2023, licensure examinees shall be
    required to submit a copy of either (1) Full vaccination card or (2) a negative RTPCR Test Result, if not fully vaccinated, to the proctor on the
    first day of the examination.
    Failure to present either of the two (2) health safety documentary requirements, shall prohibit the examinee to enter the
    examination premises and to take the licensure examinations.
