External Coating Options 1. Standard Polyester - PES Polyester is a universal, economic coating system suitable for exterior and interior applications. The nominal coating thickness is 25 ym. The colour range is available according to RAL palette. Standard external colour range: RAL 9002, RAL 9010, RAL 9006, RAL 9007, RAL 1015, RAL 3000, RAL 3009, RAL 5010, RAL 6020, RAL 7016, RAL 7035. Standard internal colour range: RAL 9002, RAL 9010. Kings} 2. Kingspan Spectrum™ ‘Spectrum is a 60um Polyurethane coated semi-gloss finish with a slight granular effect. It offers an outstanding durability- and weather resistance performance, excellent corrosion and UV-resistance as well as high color & gloss retention characteristics. Its superior Texibility enables high resistance against mechanical damages. Kingspan Spectrum is available in a wide range of solid and metallic colours. Furthermore it is free of chlorine, phtalates and plasticizers and 100% recyclable. 3. PVDF PVDF offers unequalled colour and gloss retention and good corrosion resistance. The nominal coating thickness is 25-35 um. It can be used in climates with extremely high UV radiation combined with extreme temperatures and relative humidity. The standard colour range includes metallic silver. 4. Plastisol 200 pm Plastisol is @ high performance coating system with a grains finish and a nominal thickness of 200 1m. Typical properties of Plastisol are excellent abrasion, high corrosion resistance, excellent flexibility and therefore very good scratch resistance. Internal Coating Options 4. Polyester Polyester coating with a nominal thickness of 15 ym and 25 um. Standard internal colour range: RAL 9002, RAL 9010, Kingspan White. 2. Foodsafe The surface of this 120+150 ym thick polymer coating is non-toxic and resistant to mould, durable and easy to clean. The standard colour is white RAL 9070. INSULATION CORE IPN rigid insulation foam is a new type if Polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam developed by Kingspan to achieve higher fire performance properties of products, providing the best-in- class insulation performance among other PUR and PIR products. Rigid IPN insulation foam is the closed cell rigid Isophenic foam, CFC and HCFC free (Zero ODP). Non Deleterious. IPN is fully cured highly cross-linked thermosetting polymer with a ring-like structure. Under normal conditions of use and temperatures, IPN do not emit noxious fumes or gases. Typical palette height is 1,100mm, * Maximum palette weight is 1300 kg. +All packs labelled clearly identifying product type and pack weight. + Whole pack protected with various materials — Sheets of polystyrene at bottom, top and sides, — Plastic hoods at both end — Polystyrene blooks at the bottom with gaps for offloading using forkift, crane, = Pack shrink wrapped in plastic film, secured with sticky tape The number of panels in each pack depends on panel thickness. Itis the customer's responsibility to arrange lifting equipment and labour to unload the packs. This usually requires using a crane, with or without a lifting beam, or a forklift, depending on pane! length and weight. Site Storage Its offen necessary to store packs of panels on site for a period before they are fixed. To ensure that the panels remain in prime condition until they are installed the following precautions should be taken: + Store packs off the ground and on a plain area. + Support the packs evenly with timber bearers spaced at 1.5 metres. + Itis not allowed to store the KS1150 TL panels in piles (one above another) + If packs cannot be Kept in a building they must be covered with a weatherproof sheet ensuring that the sheet drains water away effectively and does not allow ponding on top of the pack. + Store packs in a secure area, where they will not be damaged or stolen. + Inspect the storage site and the packs regularly to ensure the panels remain in good condition. + Do not store packs where people will walk across them Walkability Generally it is not recommended to walk on composite panels. For repair & maintenance works considering one person with a tool box (max. 100kg), we recommend to use load spreader plates which will ensure better load distribution. In case of any damages through walking on panels without using spreader plates, Kingspan will not take any warranty. Itis not allowed to store technical building equipment on the ceiling elements due to structural capacity.
