Book Title: Pre-Calculus Workbook
Author: Robert Sadler

This book is about Math, specifically Calculus which provides an overview in
algebra, functions, trigonometry, analytic geometry, and graphical analysis. And you
might have already guessed it, but it is a book under the genre of education. It is written
by Robert Sadler who graduated with a B.S. in physics from the University of Missouri at
Rolla and with Ph.D. in physics from the University of Wyoming.
This book is really just all about Math so I can’t really say much about what the
message it is trying to convey. And because it is math, it comes with its own strengths
and weaknesses. As for the strengths, I could say it will help improve a person’s
analytical thinking skills and capabilities. And as for the weakness, I think it is obvious
that since it’s math, it is going to be difficult to understand for most, trust me however
when I tell you that it is actually fun. I really enjoyed the ones involving functions such
as linear functions, quadratic functions, rational functions, and much more. I did have
some difficulties on exponential and logarithms. I just find it a bit hard to understand but
fortunately I was able to, although only on exponential functions.
Math enthusiasts, such as myself, would certainly love this book as it is, well,
math. I learned quite a lot from this book which helped me achieve a number one spot in
Basic Calculus this midterm as well as having a 98 grade on it. Definitely a
recommended book for those struggling with math especially calculus.
