Always press the power unit OFF (0) pushbutton switch and set the line disconnect switch to OFF. Lock-out and tag-out switch. 1. Read the WARNING above. 2. Open RHF cover. 3. Perform the instructions sequentially by referring to the figures on the following pages. Use 9/16 Inch socket with extension Install lock washer and then copper ground strap on to stud, Insert stud through hole. Install lock washer and nut. Use two 7/16 inch wrenches. ® Reconnect two greeniyellow ‘ground wires on to stud. Use ‘76 inch socket with extension. @ - Route pilot arc wire from stud step 13 and mount on to stud labeled NOZZLE. Then mount pilot arc lead (+) from power ‘supply on to stud. Use 9/16 inch socket with extension. ® Install lock washer and then new 11 inch pilot arc wire on to stud. Insert stud through hole. Install lock washer, ‘ut, torch lead plot arc wire, lock washer and nut. Use two 9/16 inch wrenches. Sa Attach new capacitor bracket to spark gap assembly with nut removed in step 1. Note rotate bracket so \ that two capacitors are (on top and aottom capacitor touches board. Use 1/2 inca socket wroneh, @ ® Position new board and secure with mounting hardware removed instep 8. Use 5/16 inch nut driver. Note that new board needs to be ‘secured in only two places as indicated. Reconnect wire #47 to capacitor. Use flat blade screwarver.
