Roles and Responsibilities

President - The President will facilitate and guide company operations to


ensure that all goals are met and make the decision after regular meetings
and consultation with the members of the organization.

Marketing Manager - The market manager is responsible for marketing


operations such as marketing plans and promotional campaigns,
implementing advertising to increase sales and profits for the future business,
and finding ways to reduce and maintain the financial costs of the business.

Customer Service Manager - The customer service manager’s responsibility


is to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the product by creating a
customer satisfaction survey.

Production Staff - Production staff is responsible for food preparation,


processing, storage, and packaging in a clean and hygienic environment.
