Parts of the letter:

A. Heading
 Modern – uses the company’s logo, address , telephone number
and other information.
 Conventional – includes the complete address of the writer and the
date.
B. Inside address – indicates the name and complete address of the
recipient of the letter
B. Salutation-the greeting part of the letter.
C. Body of the letter – contains the message and it must be clear, simple and
Focused.
D. Complimentary close – conventional farewell to the reader
E. Signature – the writer authenticates the veracity of the letter by attaching his/her
signatory
