HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY SPICY SHIN

RAMEN

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE COOKING:

INGREDIENTS:

● 1 packet of Shin Ramen (comes with powder mix and dried veggies)
● 2 cups of water OR 500mL of water
● 1 large egg
● 2 green onions, slicedsliced.
● 5+ cilantro leaves
● Sesame seeds for garnish
Optional: aAdditional vegetables such as baby spinach, bok choy, or bean
sprouts

UTENSILS:

● Medium Size Pot(Pot (stainless steel)


● Spatula for Steering
● Stainless Steel Knife and
● Cutting Board
● Measuring Cup
● Bowl
● Fork and SpoonFork, Spoon, / Chopsticksand Chopsticks.

Overview:

This Recipe is a delightful snack, whether you are hungry student who
has been studying all day or a blue-collar worker who just got done with
long shifts. This snack can be consumed by anyone who desires it. A
common South Korean noodle that is available in most of the
supermarkets. Just follow along the steps and enjoy your healthy Shin
Ramen.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Start by heating the stove .stove.


2. Pour in thePour 2 cups of water into the pot and bring it to a boil.
3. Open the Shin Ramen packet. There should be noodles and a couple
of smaller packets inside. One of these smaller packets should contain
the soup base and the other should have dried vegetables.
4. Add the noodles, soup base, and dried vegetables to the boiling water.
5. Let the noodles cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to
make sure they don't stick together.
6. Crack the egg into the pot and stir gently to break the yolk and mix it
with the soup. Allow to cook for another minute or two.
7. Add the green onions and any additional vegetables of your choice.
Let the soup simmer for another minute.
8. Remove from heat and pour your ramen into a bowl. Garnish with
sesame seeds and extra green onions, if desired.
9. Enjoy your homemade Shin Ramen while it's hot.
Optional: This Recipe goes well with sides such as
Kimchi/Rice/Boiled Eggs.
