BACKGROUND;
The Udd BSBA Credit Services and Assistance Cooperative is a assistance cooperative, to be
established through the effort of the seven (7) permanent and contractual employees, soon to be operate
at Arellano St. Dagupan City, Its authorized share capital is five hundred thousand (500,000) pesos, with
three thousand five hundred (3,500) pesos available common share at one hundred (100) pesos par value,
having ,three hundred fifty thousand (350,000) pesos subscribed share capital by the original cooperators
and two hundred ten thousand (210,000) pesos paid up capital, to be used as the beginning capital of the
cooperative.
It offers credit services and assistance such as encouraging and supporting members in the
systematic creation of goods, as well as value addition and provident activities.

1.What strategies shall the proposed cooperative implement to ensure the support
of the members?
To ensure the support of the members, the proposed cooperative entitles each member to
participate and vote on all matters deliberated upon during General Assembly meetings, seek
any elective or appointive position, and other rights and privileges as may be provided by the
General Assembly.

2. What risk management policies must the proposed CSF Coop follow?

In order to avoid risk in different aspects such as financially, Human Resources, Legal and
other aspects we must follow the proposed risk management policies which we monitor each said aspects
and to inform the members about the said policies in order to be transparent to them.

B. Financial Aspect

1. Capitalization

a. In pursuing its economic activities, how shall the proposed Cooperative generate its
capital

They should also be good in communicating with others, as well as they should have have
experience of handling money and budgeting it, and knows how to gather funds.

formulate sound policies, strategies and guidelines which would ensure the success of
the Cooperative?

The board of Directors must have a strong sense of leadership in order to guide and
encourage their members and officers; they must also be equipped with management skills to
oversee the operations and how the cooperatives is going. They should also be competent and
dedicated to what the UdD-BSBA Credit Services and Assistance Cooperative is aiming for.
