Hence, misappropriation and inaccurate data in the report are likely to happen. To avoid this problem, an automated system was proposed to help the business maximize their budget and to monitor the income and expenses records. The proposed system aimed to provide analytics to inform the staff and owner of the current state of the business. It can provide graphs with explanations, and it can allow the staff to encode the income and expense details every time a transaction is made through the system. Since databases are available for them to store all the information, logbook will be used only if an error occurs.
