manage the transactions inside its premises. The owner of the resort cannot monitor
all the trancactions due to distance from the resort. Hence, misappropriation and
inaccurate data in the report are likely to happen. To avoid this problem, an automated
system was proposed to help the business maximize their budget and to monitor the income
and expenses records. The proposed system aimed to provide analytics to inform the staff
and owner of the current state of the business. It can provide graphs with explanations, and it
can allow the staff to encode the income and expense details every time a transaction is
made through the system. Since databases are available for them to store all the information,
logbook will be used only if an error occurs. The owner can view all the encoded information
and the graphs for the analytics that the system provided to see through the situations of
income vs expence of the business and to foresee the income and expences in the future.

;. Laguna under the DENR. Its main objectives are to: 1) develop a
system that can be used to monitor forest progress; 2) implement a GPS-based tracking
of field personnel to effectively monitor their attendance and given tack: 3) develop a system
that will utilize the drone technology for capturing aerial images that cerves as evidence for
forest improvement: and 4) develop a system that will use image processing for comparative
analysis of forest aerial images. With the agency's problem on data management, the
researchers offered to develop a system that can be used to document. analyze, and
evaluate programs implemented for forest management which will effectively help the DENR
PENRO in monitoring their programs.
