SUBJECT : EXTENDED DEADLINE OF OCA CIRCULAR NO. 112-
2023 (RE: SALARY ADJUSTMENT AND PAYMENT OF SALARY DIFFERENTIAL DUE TO LONGEVITY OF SERVICE)
In OCA Circular No. 112-2023 regarding Salary Adjustment and
Payment of Salary Differential due to Longevity of Service, all concerned first and second level court judges were directed to submit to the Office of Administrative Services, Office of the Court Administrator within thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance of the Circular on 15 March 2023, several documents to be secured from the judges' former agencies.
Considering the holidays on account of Holy Week and Araw ng
Kagitingan, as well as the substantial number of judges who have yet to submit the said documents to comply with the aforementioned directive, the period to submit the required documents is hereby EXTENDED for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from 14 April 2023.
