complimentary. (Age proof certificate

! Children above 7 years will pay extra

charge as per hotel rules.

! Transportation, Sightseeing, Mini Bar,

Telephone, Faxes, Internet, Laundry, Room
Service and any expenses of personal nature
are not included in the accommodation
package. Additional charges are applicable
as per hotel rules & regulations.

! No booking after 15th October 2022.

! Accommodation at the Conference

Venue is purely on first come first serve
basis.

! Only Registered Delegates can apply for

Accommodation at the Conference Venue.

! Rooms will be allotted purely on twin

sharing basis.

! There is No single occupancy room

available for booking.

! Organising committee will send

confirmation mail to the applicant with cost
details & applicant must transfer the
booking amount on stipulated time as
mentioned in the confirmation mail.
Otherwise booking may be cancelled.

! Organizer will not responsible missing

any facilities (Like Breakfast/ Dinner etc)
due to late arrival.

! Accommodation at the venue is limited.

Please book the accommodation in advance
to avoid inconvenience.

! Early check in & late check-out is

subject to the availability.

! You are requested to carry a photo ID

proof required by the hotel at the time of
check in.

! Breakfast is complimentary for in
