The word “please” contains the meaning of trusting, believing and acknowledging.
Apostle Paul is saying that he was commissioned by God to preach the gospel, there are many
reasons when a person favors, maybe it’s because of he trusts.

in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me."(NIV)

a) “Do this” means until it (word of God) reaches to the result

Isaiah 53:5
