1. The quantities mentioned are approximate and may be increased or decreased while
placing the order.

2. The rate should be quoted on percentage basis. 3. Please quote your rate inclusive /exclusive of Service tax and other Government taxes.
The rate of tax must be clearly mentioned in the quotation.

4. The rate quoted should be inclusive of site cleaning & all execution work with all material
& labour. 5. The time limit of the work is ___________ days / months (From DFF) from the date of receipt of the order. The time limit of the work has to be strictly adhered to. 6.
