This article magnifies the alleged violation of the First Amendment by the Judge of the United
States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. On June 23rd, a ruling in the favor of the
plaintiff enacted a new Florida Law authorizing penalization to social media companies when
political candidates for abusing speech privileges in the communities alike. Although this law
passed in favor of the plaintiff, a counter ruling in favor of the defendant was scheduled to go
into a effect, blocking enforcement of such law. The lawsuit stated their was a signed
acknowledgment by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, a Republican, was unconstitutional
whatsoever. The suit included Claimants that consisted of internet groups such as NetChoice,
CCIA; The group’s members included Facebook, Twitter, and Alphabet’s Company Google. This
ban considerably stemmed from The January 6 U.S Capitol Storming provoked by the Former
President Donald Trump.

In my opinion, this law to penalize the social media Group owners is misdirected and should be
placed on the individuals that over indulge in vulgar and disrespectful speech.
