The Woman in Christ Campaign (Great Introductory Game)

Materials: paper, pens, large white board
Exercise objective: Gain perspectives of what a woman in Christ should exhibit in terms of
character and possible actions manifesting from attaining such a character.
Instructions:
 Introduce yourself with your name (very crucial, deep attention needs to be paid
especially if the woman is not a familiar face)
 Create a statement no longer than 1 sentence on what a woman in Christ should be.
 Why it is important for a woman in Christ to resemble/mimic this image or display these
qualities.
 Women take turns reading out aloud their statement and the importance.
 The group selects the most favorable opinion and we take that as an input into the
following exercise.

His Orchard
Materials: envelopes, pens
Exercise objective: Learn how you are viewed as a Christian woman by others before you speak
or even act. This connects the woman to the real world societal norms which have to be battled
of faced while she expresses her faith or even before she does so.
Instructions:
 Each woman receives an envelope and writes their name at the front
 Each woman then passes their envelope in one direction (either to the right or left,
everyone must pass in the same direction which depends on the group leader)
 Each receiver takes turns writing on a piece of paper a fruit of the spirit they believe the
person on the envelope has.
 Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the owner of the envelope gets it back.
 The group leader selects a beginner and they open their envelope and read out the fruits
that are written.
 After reading out each one, she then describes her gift and selects the highlighted fruits
she thinks would go well with her gift/gifts
Her Archives
Materials: None
Exercise Objective: Inform or reeducation about the women in the bible that should be role
models for the women of Christ to generate their own identity around.
Instructions:
 Everyone gets a turn leaving the room or covering their ears with headphones with music
on so they can’t hear the woman the group decides on.
 The guesser which has left the room or has the headphones on will then be notified when
it’s time to start the game.
 The women of the group drop hints in a random story fashion, until the guesser catches
on and gives the name of the woman in the bible they are speaking of and what was so
significant about her story.
 The guesser can even go on to state how her story may have affected her in any way if
she so chooses.
