Subject : Cluster 2-Quarter 4 Monthly Long Test Schedule & Preparations

Please be informed that our Cluster 2-Q4 Monthly Long Test is scheduled on June 29 - 30, 2023.
Class Advisers/Subject teachers are requested to remind their students to pay the remaining balance of the school fees,
to submit the scanned copy of the O.R., and to wear school uniform on the day of the examination..
Those who could not present the OR on the first day shall be allowed to take the long test but on the 2nd day,
they shall be required to present a promissory note (approved by the Principal or AP for Academic Affairs). Please
refer to the attached documents for the schedule of the assessment and the list of proctors.
With the foregoing, kindly submit your Test Questionnaire with the Table of Specifications to the APAA for
review before uploading to the BB Learning Management System. Furthermore, please take note of the schedule for
the submission of the following forms for C2-Quarter 4:
Grading Sheet: July 4, 2023
Summary Sheets: July 6, 2023
Release of C2-Q3 Grades (Online: July 14, 2023
