THE CLOWN SCHOOL: RELEASE AND

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF

RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
(hereinafter "AGREEMENT")

I, __________________________________ (print name), HEREBY

ACKNOWLEDGE that I have voluntarily applied to participate in an
Online/Virtual Class offered by THE CLOWN SCHOOL LLC (hereinafter
"Class").

AS LAWFUL CONSIDERATION for being permitted in any way in the Class, I,

for myself, my representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin:

1. ACKNOWLEDGE, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of the

Class and that I am qualified to participate in such Class. I further acknowledge
and fully understand any and all such risks related to the conduct of the Class. I
further agree and warrant that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, I
will immediately discontinue further participation in the Class.

2. FULLY UNDERSTAND there are RISKS OF INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE

AND DESTRUCTION TO PROPERTY arising out of or resulting from all
potential causes and/or my participation in the Class including, but not limited
to, the conduct of other PARTICIPANTS, SPECTATORS, THE CONDITIONS
EXISTING ON THE PREMISES where the Class is conducted, and I FULLY
ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR
LOSSES, COSTS AND DAMAGES as a result of my participation in the Class.

3. HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE

TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS David Bridel, Mike Funt,
The Clown School LLC, their instructors, independent contractors, assistants,
directors, agents and employees, and other participants (each considered one of
the "INDEMNITIES" herein) FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS,
LOSSES, ACTION, AND CAUSE OF ACTION, WHATSOEVER arising out of or
related to any DAMAGE, LOSS, INJURY, OR DEATH to myself, others, or
property, CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY
THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE "INDEMNITIES", PARTICIPANTS, OTHERS,
NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OR THEORY
OF LIABILITY.

4. I also hereby consent to Emergency Medical Treatment if I am injured.

5. As a condition of participating in the Class, I agree that I will not consume or

be under the influence of any alcoholic beverages or illegal substances during the
class at any time.

6. In exchange for consideration received, I hereby give permission to The Clown

School LLC to use my photographic likeness in all forms and media for
advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes.

7. I hereby agree not to share any of the materials in the class including writing,
audio or visual. I acknowledge that this course is copyrighted and property of The
Clown School LLC.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS,

UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING
IT, HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR
ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE, AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND
UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT
ALLOWED BY LAW AND AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS
AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID, THE BALANCE OF THE
AGREEMENT SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

PARTICIPATION OF ANY STUDENT WITHOUT NOTICE.
