On 17th November at 6:50 pm We were apprehended by two Police officers for no left rear taillight,
no warrant of fitness, no registration and driving without a licence which We do not understand.

We do not understand why over judicious tax collectors should not be aware of Our right to travel
freely.

We presume that this may be an oversight by Police National Headquarters not fully informing their
tax collectors of Our Status and s.240 Crimes Act 1961 and S381(2) Criminal Procedure Act 2011,
Secret Commission’s Act 1910.

NOTICE

We believe that this is a fraudulent claim for unjust enrichment as there does not appear to be a
sworn affidavit with claim of right to substantiate the charge and do not believe that the evidence
provided would satisfy all elements of the charge or a plaintiff in this matter who would be willing to
take the stand and testify to the veracity of the charge.

As there is no statute of limitations on fraud and fraud vitiates everything ab initio any further
attempts to extort money will require a claim signed by Andrew Coster under Andrew Coster’s full
unbonded and unlimited commercial liability in order for Us to address full accountability and seek
legal recourse for attempting to attach John Henry to the Crown Entity DOE under Fair Trading Act
s.21(c) & s.23, s.5 Secret Commissions Act 2010 &s.152 Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.

CLAIM OF RIGHT

We now require Andrew Coster to fully inform all tax collectors under his control of the
consequences of breaching s.240 Crimes Act 1961, s.381 Criminal Procedure Act 2011 and allow Us
the freedom contained in the Imperial Laws Application Act 1988 Schedule 2 to travel freely without
let or hindrance and discharge any and all Fees, Fines Contracts under s.40 Contract and Commercial
Law Act 2017.
