Respondent No.3 is present through Mr. Raju Kumar, Assistant Engineer,
Central Government employee who has been authorised by the Respondent No.3 on
his behalf. Copy of the letter of authority is compared with the original and placed
on record.
Today is the date fixed for steps by the Appellant.
Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No.2 absent. Summons not returned. 
At   the   outset,   Ld.   Counsel   for   the   Appellant     has   filed   a   petition   under
section 151 C.P.C. providing for the new address and e­mail id of the Respondent
No.1. Hence summons may be issued to the Respondent No.1 in the new address
and fresh summons be issued to Respondent No.2. 
Copy of the application is accepted and placed on record. 
Mr. Raju Kumar for  Respondent No. 3 raised no objection.
Heard, considered and allowed in the interest of justice.
Issue   fresh   summons   to   Respondent   no.1   in   the   new   address   and
Respondent No.2 in the address already provided returnable by  20.03.2023.
