ACTION :
~ Check Elektrik system Result : PLC (Squencer F-4ORM-D) burn
‘out/Short, Repair to P Ill but not sucsess and need to replace
~ Check Engine and running test result: Engine was back
Preesure adn exaust gas White Smoke
~ Check Transmissi result : Equipment move forward with low
Power in netral position when acceleration pedal is depress,
that mean part off coupling was bum out and need to replace.
~ Check Transfer Case Result : Hard Noice
CONCLUSION :
~ PLC control Transmisis u/s need to Replace Assy
~ Engine Back Pressure / White SMOKED need Overhaul
+ Transmisi need Overhaul
~ Transfer Case need to Overhaul
SUGGESTION :
~ Replace PLC control / Modifications to Relay system
+ Overhaul Engine.

Analisa komponen yang mengalami kerusakan.
1 Sequencer ( F-40RM-D) mengalami kerusakan pada bagian in-put data sehingga
‘memertukan penggantian assy.
2 Engine White Smoke sehingga diperlukan dilakukan Overhoul dan penggantian part.
3 Transmissi mengalami kerusakan dimana unit bergerak maju saat pedal Gas diinjak
sementara posisi transmisi netral, sehingga cipertukan Overhoul Transmissi.
4 Transfer Case Hard Noice dikarenakan sudah terjadi kelonggaran pada rangkaian Gear
pada Transfer Case.
Perbandingan biaya untuk Rekondisi dan Beli unit baru (New)
a Biaya Perbaikan.
~ Biaya penggantian Sqeuncer (F-40RM-D) diperkirakan Rp 125.000.000,- dengan
enggunaan merk lain dikerenakan part asi sulit dapat.
~ Biaya Overtioul engine Rp. 103.443.600,- ( RAB terlampir)
= Biaya Overtioul Transmissi Rp. 195.155.480,- ( RAB teriampir )
~ Biaya Overhoul Transfer Case 90.000.000,-2 (RAB terlampir )
Total biaya perbaikan : Rp. 513.599.080,-( Lima RatusTiga beles Juta Lima ratus
Sembilan puluh sembilan ribu delapan puluh rupiah )

III. KESIMPULAN
~ Spare Part susah didapat-
~ Biaya Perbaikan sangat tinggi
~ Peralatan sudah tua , Kenyamanan kurang dan performance hanya bisa 50%
- Pembatasan usia peralatan ( PM 174 tahun 2015 dan PM 91 Tahun 2016 )
