SCOPE OF WORK
IV. Monitoring, Reporting on Website, Mobile App, Digital Content and IT support PMU
will assist in integrating the activities of Department of Youth Affairs and its organizations
on Yuva Platform and assist Department, NYKS, NSS and other agencies to help other
stakeholders to onboard on Yuva Portal/App. Agency will be responsible for developing
the strategy for website, mobile app and social media strategy, high level content
structure, and implementation plan.
Some of the key activities to be performed are:
(i) Develop Monitoring tools and guide content generation at District Level.
(ii) Facilitate seamless integration of Department of Youth Affairs and its organization’s
activities and programs.
(iii) Regular Monitoring of the Yuva portal and devise a strategy to further make it user
friendly and usable for young audiences as well as other stakeholders.
(iv) Design the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including types of content and
communications, triggers, response types, approval authorities, grievance handling
mechanism, accountabilities, etc.
(v) Assist in generating various analytics reports, extracting results from the reports and
proposing corrective actions as & when needed.
(vi) Prepare a strategy for gathering and management of User Generated Content (UGC) e.g.,
articles, photographs and videos obtained through social media for use on the Yuva Portal
and mobile app.
(vii) To suggest ways to improve user experience of the Yuva Portal and App.
(viii) To advise about generation of Digital Certificate for every youth who have participated
in the activities/internship through the Yuva Portal.
(ix) Provide new ideas on regular basis for adding newer channels, newertypes of
communication, measures to enhance the impact of social media, etc.
(x) Create digital content with respect to user manuals, easy enrolment flyers, sign-up
adverts, short video animations and other media to attract different types of potential stake
holders (youth, organizations, Ministries etc.).
(xi) Analyze the data and reports generated through various campaigns /activities, Yuva
Platform and data provided by Department or its organizations.
(xii) To create a MIS for monitoring of different activities as and when desired by NYKS and
Department of Youth Affairs.
V. Monitoring and Reporting of Activities- web-based monitoring and reporting solution
based.
The Agency will be responsible for developing the mechanism for web-based monitoring and
reporting solution based on requirements of the ongoing activities of NYKS, NSS and RGNIYD
and other schemes of Department of Youth Affairs and various other Departments under the
Government of India. The PMU shall also analyze the data which is collected from the field
and prepare exhaustive reports based on the data, clearly outlining its
recommendations/learnings and suggesting corrective steps to make the activities more
effective and impactful. The Agency shall further draw periodic reports from this system, to
be presented to the senior management regarding the status of various programs and
projects.
