 Rules and Regulations for the Membership of Sports Centers

1. The trainees must bring their Identity Cards while coming to training centre.
2. Indiscipline on the part of trainee{s) shall tantamount to cancellation of their
membership.

3. The trainee member shall be responsible for the damage caused willfully
otherwise to the property of the Centre and shall be required to make good
the loss/damage thereof.
4. Trainees are required to be in the proper kil/prescribed uniform.
5. Any type of intoxicant, drugs and liquor is strictly prohibited in the premises /training
centre.
6. Fee be deposited at least for six months or an year.
7. RS 10 will be charged for issuing the duplicate Identity Card

8. One extra photo must be attached with the application form for
the issuance of Identity Card.
