Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing us. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have found that there have been no transactions in your savings account, and it does not have a
balance. Therefore, we will be closing down your Savings A/c.

This decision is based only on account security concerns to avoid unauthorised usage.

To keep your account active, you will need to do the following things:
 Submit KYC documents at the nearest Bank branch
 Withdrawal or deposit in your account

Please note: If you do not take the above action.

1. Your account will be closed after 30 days.


2. This means that your A/C and ATM/Debit Card will be cancelled, and your chequebook will
no longer work.
3. If you have any standing instructions or banking facilities, they will be removed too.
4. Any cheques or ECS issued or presented after the closure date will be returned or
dishonoured.
5. The Bank is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the closure of your
account.
