Fee Details:
Ø Material Fee includes purchase of teaching resource, material for Science, Computer and Mathematics laboratories, Infirmary, Art & Crafts, Sports facilities &
equipment and Performing Arts.
Ø Maintenance Fee is towards maintenance of the building and fixed assets, Computer maintenance, Annual Application license, ERP software, water & electricity
charges, security and basic housekeeping staff, COVID Safety maintenance.
Ø Tuition Fee is towards Mindspark, Asset exam, salaries, Professional Development Programme and taxes and statutory obligations.

Additional Information:
Ø Term fee should be in favour of " Trio Vidyakkendra Trust ".
ØAdmission Fee is Non-refundable at any time. Fee is applicable only for the Academic Year 2022-23 & 2023-24. Due dates for Academic Year 2023-24,
will be notified during January/February 2023.
Ø Fee to be credited / realized on or before the due date.
Ø Any payments made after due date would attract late payment penalty of 1,000 per week, per student.
Ø Upfront discount: 7% discount on tuition fee for payment of full year fee in a single payment in advance on / before the due date of first term fee.
Ø Sibling discount: 10% on tuition fee and 50% on admission fee from 2nd child onwards.
Ø Full term fee to be paid by student who is leaving in between the term period.
Ø In case of cash, payment we will accept only up to 1.99 Lakhs with support of a PAN copy from the remitter.
Ø In case of payment by Debit or Credit, all applicable bank charges will be extra.
Ø Refundable deposit is returned after student receives clearance from the school office.
