The National Company of geophysics initiates a National and International Open Competitive invitation to tender Réf: 31/DAGS/FONCT/2019
relating to supply of:

Batch n° 01: Drilling tools for geotechnical engineering.

Batch n° 02: Drafting equipment.

Batch n° 03: Drilling tools.

Batch n° 04: hydraulic pump for HD-40 Portable drilling apparatus.

Batch n° 05: Drilling tools "les tubes".

Interested tenderers by this bid can withdraw specifications from:

E.NA.GEO-Dpt Passation des Marchés, BP 140, Zone Industrielle, Hassi Messaoud or dl-dpm@enageo.com,against payment of a
nonrefundable amount of five thousand (5 000) Dinars for the Algerian company or Eighty (80) dollars (or currency equivalent) for foreign

The tender process will be done in one step with simultaneous delivery of technical and financial offer.

The original bid bond is an integral part of the technical offer.

Only bidders submitting compliant technical bids will be subject to open of their financial offers.

Technical offers must not bear any reference to the price.

The financial offer must scrupulously respect the commercial canvas attached in the specification.

The contract will be allocated to the bidders who will present the financial offer the lowest priced.

Both technical and financial offers which constitute the whole submission must be put in two inner separated and sealed envelopes and
placed in one outer envelope, this latter must be sealed and anonymous, bearing only the following address and marks:
