I am writing this letter to collect from you the amount due and payable
arising from renting our apartment situated at ________.

As per agreement with my late mother, your monthly rent of (AMOUNT IN

However, your last rental payment was made on ________ which came from
the advance rent deposit. As of this date, you have missed ___ monthly

the receipt of this letter. Failure to comply with this demand, I have no
alternative but to exercise whatever rights and remedies I have under the
law, including but not limited to the institution of the legal proceedings
against you to recover the above amount and the property, together with
accrued interest and legal expenses arising from the same.
