PROPOSAL

Through this proposal, I will provide you with information about the New Visa and Kitas
for Families that you want to bring to Indonesia, and the following are the stages;

I. First is the company, where this company will become a sponsor to bring foreign
nationals to Indonesia, in making this company a minimum of 3 shareholders is
required, one of which is an Indonesian citizen, because it will be a guarantor rather
than a foreigner who will imported, in the case of the manufacture of the company
there is a separate fee that ranges from 17 to 20 million Rupiah;

II. The next stage is Company Registration to the Director General of Immigration to
be able to meet the Criteria as a Company that can bring in Foreign Citizens at a
cost of 2.5 million Rupiah;

III. After the first two points are fulfilled and the second point is approved, then the
next is the cost of making a visa for foreign citizens who will be imported to
Indonesia, the costs incurred at this point vary because they are classified based on
what stay permit you want to use. Here we only provide special fees for 1 and 2
Year Investor Kitas and their Followers, as well as Consultant fees;

a) INVESTOR KITAS 1 Years, this Kitas has a price of 15 Million Rupiah/Person;

b) INVESTOR KITAS 2 Years, this Kitas has a price of 18 Million Rupiah/Person;
c) FAMILY KITAS 1 Year, this Kitas has a price of 12 Million Rupiah/Person;
d) Consultant Fee in Management of Kitas and Documents at 1.5 Million
Rupiah/Person;

IV. In this case we as Consultants will provide a Calculation of the Total Fees that must
be prepared to bring in Foreign Citizens who will come to the State of Indonesia,
and the costs above can be summarized as shown below;

1. Company Establishment IDR.17,000,000,-

2. Company Registration to DIRECTOR GENERAL OF IDR.2,500,000,-
IMMIGRATION
3. Investor Kitas 1 Year x 2 People IDR.30,000,000,-
4. Family Kitas 1 Year x 8 People IDR.96,000,000,-
5. Consultant Fee x 10 Persons IDR. 15,000,000,-
The total cost above is Rp. 160,500,000,-

V. All of the above costs are included in the tax costs that will arise when the application
is made, therefore the above prices are included in the cheapest price category that
we can afford and the estimated time we provide is very significant.
