Table 2: Office Devices with their corresponding IP Address
The table presented above displays the IP addresses of each device connected together.
Since the office uses only one router, the assigned IP Address is 192.168.3.16. The IP Range is
from 192.168.3.17 to 192.168.3.30. The server has an IP Address of 192.168.3.17 while the
Computers and Printers take the IP Address from 192.168.3.18 to 192.168.3.126 because there
were only devices within the office. The remaining IP addresses from 192.168.3.27 to
192.168.3.30 can be used for future expansion where other devices may be installed and
connected to the existing LAN.

IV. SUMMARY

The development of a floor plan that was intended to accommodate multiple

workstations, each furnished with its own set of devices including computers and printers and
more was performed. To ensure the best possible workflow for employees, we arranged the
furniture and devices in a way that optimized space efficiency. Additionally, we compiled a
comprehensive table that itemized the specific components and cost of each device, thus
enabling the budget to be efficiently managed. Alongside the floor plan, we also designed the
LAN for the office using Cisco technology. We utilized the subnet ID of the routers provided,
which allowed us to create a detailed and well-functioning network. The network was designed
in a way that would enable employees to communicate with ease and have unrestricted access to
shared resources.
As a result of the combination of the 3D floor plan and the LAN design, the office space
became highly organized and efficient. The 3D model allowed us to visualize and make
necessary changes to the layout before implementation, while the LAN design ensured that the
office's technology infrastructure was secure and optimized for peak performance.
